6.53-Inch IPS LCD Display, Waterdrop Notch
The vivo U20 has a 6.5-inch IPS LCD screen with Full HD+ resolution, 395ppi pixel density, and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The screen has a waterdrop-shaped notch in the top-middle part to house the selfie camera. The phone uses a plastic frame in the middle and a scratch-resistant glass panel on the front. At the rear, the vivo U20 has a plastic cover laminated to the body. At the rear, there is also a capacitive fingerprint reader for user authentication.
Snapdragon 675 Chipset, 4GB RAM
The vivo U20 is quite sorted performance-wise, as it features the Snapdragon 675 SoC, which is a decent mid-range chipset. The graphics processing happens via the Adreno 612 GPU, which is integrated into the Snapdragon 675 SoC. You get 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Plus, you have the option of adding up to 256GB of storage, thanks to a dedicated micro SD slot.
Triple Camera Setup
The Vivo U20 lets you take regular, ultrawide, as well as portrait shots as there is a triple-camera setup on the rear. This camera setup includes a 16MP primary camera (F1.8, PDAF, wide-angle lens), an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera (F2.2, 13mm lens), and a 2MP camera (F2.4, macro lens). You can shoot 4K videos with 30fps frame rate using the rear-facing camera. The front-facing 16MP camera (F2.0, 26mm) can only shoot Full HD 1080p videos, though.

The battery is a USP of the Vivo U20 as it has a capacity of 5000mAh, which can easily get you through a typical day of use. An 18W charger ensures you quickly recharge your phone, in case you run out of juice in the middle of the day. Connectivity-wise, you get A-GPS, GLONASS, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 5.0, and micro USB 2.0 port. There is a 3.5mm jack at the bottom for earphones.
